Have captured traffic and see snmp exchanges to the server. Sounds like you didnt specify a community or allowed hosts. I can't really uninstall and reinstall as servers are being monitorred by another system too!!!
Do have have a firewall blocking the server? Do a basic SNMPwalk of the server and see if you get any data. Network statistics show up just fine, but nothing for the processor.
