In my personal opinion your endeavour to offer embroidery files to embroiderers will not succeed without knowing they will be production friendly on an embroidery machine. I run offset printing presses and have learned the importance of having a tech relatively close by. No comparison between SA and Wilcom. Hi Eric, Hatch and Bernina are both made by the same developer and are very similar, although Hatch does have more features at a lower cost. It would be a hard call to justify spending money for pretty much the same product. I think a better solution would be to take our Digitizers Dream Course for Bernina. Theory is almost more important than the software.
