I set up a virtual machine 7 x64 Ultimate, just like my real machine and these are the results: SP1 but no patch applied: trying to log on with a second user results in a prompt to log off the currently logged on user as expected. SP1, patch applied: trying to log on with a second user results in 2 concurrent sessions, one per user as expected. SP1, patch applied: trying to log on with the user currently logged on takes over the existing session unexpected.
