I purchase the Building design suite monthly subscription last night and I am not able to see it in my account window for download. I am missing two days of work trying to have it show up and installed. I should not have to purchase the extra service pack to have help downloading the software I purchased. What do I do if I wanted a refund , I would prefer to download and keep the software but I am getting ripped off by not having my software available to me.

You really do need to stop venting on the forum, though. The vast majority of people that interact on these forums are not ADSK employees. That being said, your behavior here makes you look like those old guys that yell at people about walking on their lawns. I resemble resent that. I think I'm getting there too. I felt the same way calling my tlephone company and all I got was a recording repeated over and over without a live person. Think for a minute, you bought it yesterday doesn't mean they took all of your money already, I bet you paid with Credit Card and you don't have to pay until later.

A quick tip is to hop on the Autodesk eStore and see how far back you can upgrade at a discount: as of right now LT qualifies, so you've got a long way to go before LT and higher fall off the list. Realize LT is one DWG format behind, it's probably not going to see much of additional updates except perhaps if they decide to add Win8 support.
