I have this same model at work. Cons: The receiver would stop functioning in the middle of games. The mouse wheel was smooth, but could not be slowed down, in games it would cycle through the entire inventory with about cm of movement.

Even in ideal conditions, the mouse sometimes wanders off - it's basically impossible to do any kind of image editing with this hardware, single-pixel accuracy is non-existent. Pros: Mouse is comfortable for the hand even though it is a little larger than most. The extra buttons are nice. Connects well. Keyboard is shaped well for ergonomic. Cons: Keyboard buttons sticky.
