The day, everything is in the day except when mentioned under the night section. I don't know if the event is soft locked till you start Rika's questline or finish the second date with Cecilia at the forest.
Hmm, my only guess would be that maybe its locked because you don't have enough affection with her, due to how you answered at the beginning? You can gain affection with her every payment day by picking the choice that compliments her. I answered the choices you have with her when you first meet correctly. If this is infact the case I will update the log to include the intro days as well.
I will start a new game this weekend to test out this theory. She does refuse to give it to you if you answered the beginning choices with her incorrectly I will add this info to the walkthrough.
So you cant really get affection for her except on payment day so you should work on the orders till then and chose the top choice after giving the payment.
Mostly by just advancing through the main quest line. The earliest you can get a scene is day 4. As the first 3 days are basically the intro. If you don't then go get the updated version.
